Survivors' Day is June 7, 2009!
Learn more about this event
The University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center understands that your questions about cancer don't stop when treatment ends. That's why we're building a Survivorship Program to help address your concerns as you move beyond a cancer diagnosis. Key to this program will be an ongoing conversation between our patients and providers-a conversation we'd like to start here.

We have a whole host of resources to help you as you enter the next phase of your life after cancer treatment. But if you're not finding the answers you need, email us at U-MFacing_Forward@med.umich.edu. We'll send you a response and also post the answer in the Survivors' Q&A.

We know you're seeking answers. Let us help you find them.
