Becoming Lighthearted - Managing Stress and Change Through Humor

This year's speaker is Izzy Gesell, M.S. Ed., C.S.P. - "organizational alchemist" and cancer survivor. Please visit his website.

Join us as we examine practical ways and means of maintaining physical and emotional fitness through humor, one of our most under-utilized personal resources.

In addition to our speaker, we'll be having an information fair/booths on survivorship issues, door prizes and light refreshments.
