The social work staff can provide: Information on community resources Information and assistance in obtaining discounted lodging, transportation and meal vouchers Decision-making assistance regarding alternative living arrangements, including extended care or hospice Access to financial counseling and/or assistance with out-of-pocket expenses related to cancer treatment The adult and pediatric oncology social work staff is available to assist you with these and many other issues. Contact the Staff Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through the Guest Assistance Program at 800-888-9825.
