Guided Imagery Workshop

When: Second Thursday of each month {except August)

Location: PFCC; CC Level 1, Rm 1139

Driving Directions to the Cancer Center and Map of Cancer Center Level 1.

Seeing Your Way Through: Using Guided Imagery to Cope, Manage and Heal

A 90-minute educational and experiential Guided Imagery workshop for persons whose lives are affected by cancer.

The workshop runs from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

All workshop attendees will:

  • Take home a tape or CD for your own use.
  • Learn about this simple, effective technique to reduce stress, promote well-being and develop a sense of control.
  • Experience the immediate benefits of relaxation.

This class is open to patients and their families. Costs are $10 per person or $15 per couple. Registration is requested. Please call 734-615-4012.

NOTE: The workshop will not be taking place during the month of August, but resumes in September.
