  • Have you completed your cancer treatment and wondered, "what next?"
  • Do you know what a survivor care plan is?
  • Looking for tips to manage fatique or other issues after cancer treatment?
  • Would you like an opportunity to talk to other cancer survivors?

The Facing Forward Program includes:

  • Lectures and breakout sessions on cancer survivorship topics presented by experts from the U-M Cancer Center, hospital and the community.
  • Opportunities to meet other survivors.
  • Resources for cancer survivors and caregivers.

All participants will receive a Survivorship Notebook® from the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Cancer Survivors may bring one additional caregiver or guest.

Being a survivor begins with a diagnosis of cancer, and continues on throughout one's live. Those who love a cancer survivor make the journey of survivorship, too.

Event Cancellation Notice: Events may be cancelled due to weather, illness or unforeseen circumstances. Please call the event cancellation line prior to attending all events: 800-742-2300; enter category 7894.
