The Breast Wellness Clinic

The Breast Wellness Clinic is open to U-M breast cancer survivors who are five years past their definitive treatment. The clinic offers:

• a comprehensive approach to wellness with a focus on early detection and prevention of recurrence
• mammography screening by U-M expert radiologists
• consultation with a wellness provider who will perform a clinical breast and screening health exam
• prompt referral to your U-M physician, if needed
• a written summary of the visit sent to your referring physician(s) and your primary health care provider
