It includes six programs or topics, each of which develops a key skill that can help people with cancer meet the challenges of their illness. Although the Toolbox has been designed to assist those who have recently been diagnosed with cancer, it can also help anyone at any stage of illness who is facing hard decisions and changes in life because of cancer. Family members and caregivers can also use this Toolbox on behalf of a child or anyone else with cancer. The Cancer Survival Toolbox is available free to anyone affected by cancer.
