Boutique for Breast Cancer Patients

The Personal Touch Boutique meets the special physical and emotional needs of women confronted with a diagnosis of breast cancer by providing:

• Personalized consultation for women seeking a non-surgical alternative to reconstruction. Anne Perez, R.N., is a two-time breast cancer survivor and a certified fitter with special training to help women decide which post-breast surgery products best suit their body type, surgery and lifestyle.
• A comprehensive line of post-breast surgery products including ultra-light, temporary breast forms, breast prostheses, mastectomy bras, fitting accessories, skin and hair care products, and exercise tapes.
• Information regarding nutrition, diet and community support groups.

Personal Touch Boutique is at 2850 S. Industrial Highway, Suite 400, off I-94. Call (734) 975-7449 to schedule an appointment or stop in Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., or Wednesday and Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
