A Special Thanks

The Cancer Center would like to express its appreciation to the Pitt and Richards families for their generous donation to support activities for pediatric cancer patients and to provide amenities to all patients and families. Their gift allows pediatric patients to attend summer camp, supports a holiday gathering for children and their families, and provides computers, software and resource books for children and adolescents receiving chemotherapy. Funds also are used to purchase U-M T-shirts for pediatric patients for special recognitions and celebrations. Their gift provides the Cancer Center with beautiful fresh flowers in each reception area and daily baked goods in the Infusion area for patients and families. These gestures extend our hospitality throughout the Cancer Center and are greatly appreciated by patients, families and staff.
