The event is free and will feature a cooking demonstration and food tasting with chef Kyle Kooyers, the executive chef for Fabulous Food, an Ann Arbor-based catering company. In addition to door prizes and a complimentary hot breakfast, attendees can listen to nutrition and health experts including: Rafat Rizk, M.D.
Gastroenterologist (digestive system expert) at U-M Health System with clinical interests in celiac disease, microscopic colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. He also performs colonoscopies. Hayward Penny, M.S., R.D. Kyle Kooyers The event will be held from 9-11 a.m. at the Washtenaw Community College Morris Lawrence Building, 4800 E. Huron River Dr. "Healthy eating and understanding colon health are important to men throughout life," says Aisha Langford, M.P.H., community outreach manager at the U-M Comprehensive Cancer Center.
