Volunteering

Volunteers from all walks of life come together at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center, combining their compassion, skills and talent to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Many of our volunteers have been touched personally by cancer, but that is not a requirement to join our efforts. Anyone with a keen interest in helping is encouraged to volunteer. To create a successful volunteer experience, we work hard to match your skills and interests with the right opportunity.

Consider Volunteering!

If you are currently caring for someone with a serious illness, if you yourself are dealing with an illness, or if you have experienced the death of a loved one in the past year, this may not be the best time for you to commit to us. However, we hope that you will consider volunteering in the future.
