Question: How do I choose the fund or area I wish to support?

Answer:
Once the form opens, enter the amount you wish to donate, click the radio button next to "I'd like to choose my areas of support." A list of fund choices will open. Uncheck the box titled, "The Cancer Center Fund (default)."

Using the scroll bar on the selection list, scroll to find the fund you wish to support. Place a check next to the fund you wish to support. Scroll back to the top of the selection list and close the list using the small gray "x."

The form should now indicate that 100% of your gift will be designated to the fund of your choice.

Question: I cannot find the fund or cancer type I wish to support. Can I fill in the information?

Answer:
Yes, you may designate a fund that does not appear on the list. Once the form opens, enter the amount you wish to donate, click the radio button next to "I'd like to choose my areas of support." A list of fund choices will open. Uncheck the box titled, "The Cancer Center Fund (default)."

Using the scroll bar on the selection list, scroll to the bottom. Check the box in front of the title "Other Areas". In the box provided, type in the fund or cancer type you wish to support. Scroll back to the top of the selection list and close the list using the small gray "x."

The form should now indicate that 100% of your gift will be designated to the fund of your choice.

Question: I wish to make my gift in honor/memory of someone. Can I do so online?

Answer:
Yes, you will see a drop down menu where you may select, "honor," or "memory." You will find a box to enter the name of the person you wish to honor/remember. You may also enter information (name and address) of anyone you would like the Cancer Center to notify of your gift (there will be no mention of the dollar amount).

Question: I am being asked to provide an "ID" number and an "S Code." Where do I find this information?

Answer:
If you are responding to a mailing that you received from the U-M Cancer Center, you will find this information on the reply device included in the mailing. If your gift is not in response to a mailing, you may leave these fields blank.
