Testicular cancer is most common among white males. It is not common in men of African or Asian background. Our patients have their situation discussed not only by our urologic oncologists and surgeons, but also by experts in radiation oncology and pathology. By having everyone involved, a personalized treatment plan is developed. All of this takes place in our Multidisciplinary Urologic Oncology Clinic. The surgical team has expertise in retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy for testicular cancer. In addition, the program's urologists have expertise in minimally invasive surgery, robotic-assisted surgery.
