Psych Oncology ClinicCoordinates the services provided to U-M Cancer Center patients by the PsychOncology Program.Services:
The clinic provides U-M Cancer Center patients with access to clinical social workers, psychiatrists and nurse practitioners. The goal of the PsychOncology Clinic is the completion of a comprehensive screening determining the level of distress, and assessment of specific needs. Together, the patient and the trained counselor can then develop an action plan detailing which resources and services will best help reduce the distress.
