Most of our appointments are by physician referral, but we accept self-referrals of patients with a known or suspected brain tumor or neurological complication of cancer.

What to Bring

It is very important to bring any neuroimaging studies (MRIs, CTs). Most commonly these are brought on CD but they may be brought on X-ray films.

Please also bring copies of relevant medical records, especially pathology reports and records of any previous treatment, or arrange for your physician to send these to us.
