What to Bring

It is very important to bring any neuroimaging studies (MRIs, CTs). Most commonly these are brought on CD but they may be brought on X-ray films.

Please also bring copies of relevant medical records, especially pathology reports and records of any previous treatment, or arrange for your physician to send these to us.
