Home > Support & Survivorship > Patient and Family Support Services Program > Practical Matters Courtesy CenterThe Courtesy Center, a community way-finding service, is now available for our patients and families. Located on B-2 of the Cancer Center, near the main entrance, the center provides area maps, guides to Ann Arbor, directions to local lodging, dining, shopping, referrals to the Guest Assistance Program, etc. A team of volunteers staff the center throughout the week. Please note that maps, flyers, etc. will be available at the Courtesy Center even when a volunteer is not on duty. Provided by the Volunteer and Community Resources, this concierge type center is intended not only to increase the quality service provided to our patients and families, but to assist staff by providing a central location for way-finding information. If you would like more information on the Courtesy Center, call Mary McCully, Program Coordinator, at 936-8307. |
