Candle Lighting for Hope & Remembrance

Shared burdens get a little lighter

Follow the transitions of loss through art, music and readings. Listen as families share stories of their loved ones. View the Remembrance Video of submitted photos. Display a treasured memento of your loved one. Light a candle in memory of those lost—and as testament to our hope and commitment that cancer and blood disorders will be conquered.

Remember your loved one in any or all of the following three ways:

• Add a name to the Memorial Book preserved at the U-M Cancer Center
  fill out and send in the submission form - opens as a .pdf document
  
  
• Create a memorial comment for the program booklet
  fill out and send in the submission form - opens as a .pdf document
  
  
• Submit a photo for the Remembrance Video - Submissions due by Friday, August 29, 2008
