2008 Survivors' Day - Finding Your Rhythm

More than 400 cancer survivors, their family and friends attended the 2008 event held on June 22, 2008

Find Your Rhythm! was the theme of our  2008 event.

Christine Stevens of UpBeat Drum Circles was the speaker for the day.

Christine shared research findings which show drumming impacts the immune system in positive ways.

Every guest was provided with a drum, tambourine or musical shaker
The audience enjoyed hearing about Christine's research on the impact of music on cancer.
