The Pediatric Connective Tissue Oncology Program, in accord with the U-M Comprehensive Cancer Center and Department
of Pediatrics, is committed to the conquest of cancer in children with tumors of the bone, muscle or connective
tissue, through innovation and collaboration between scientists and clinicians, both in adult and pediatric services,
to achieve:

Program Goal OverviewTo extend and improve on our current outstanding clinical care offered to pediatric sarcoma patients. To continue to offer and expand upon the clinical trials that offer access to the latest cancer treatments. To develop the necessary preclinical and translational studies that will support our clinical trial efforts. To research the biologic basis of sarcoma pathogenesis and prognosis.
